Delivery Information

All of our cartridges are delivered free of charge.

We endeavour to despatch goods from stock the day we receive your order. However, this is dependent on stock availability and the time of day your order is placed.

If any of our items are out of stock, we will clearly mark that product as such on the website. However, on the rare occasions that your required items are unexpectedly out of stock, we will call or email to inform you and provide a delivery date as soon as possible.

All of our products are delivered free of charge via Royal Mail Recorded Signed For™ delivery and as such will arrive within two working days.

This delivery method does require a signature. If you are not available to receive your delivery, you will be left a card explaining what to do.

If you do not receive your order within two working days of placing it, please contact us and we will be able to track and trace the order with Royal Mail.
